Planter Construction Day at MGTCC!
Sunday, May 24th | 11:00 AM Forest School Room (Room 21), MGTCC
Service Description
Time to build! Join us at MGTCC as we construct the planter area for our native seedlings, with help from our amazing volunteer. The kids will get to use real tools and put their hands to work building something that will support pollinators and native plants for years to come. This is part of our MAEOE grant project, Native Seedlings to Stewardship, and it's such a special chance for our explorers to take ownership of the garden they've been learning about, from seed to soil to structure! Where to meet: Forest School Room — Room 21 (we'll head outside from there!) Who it's for: All ages welcome Cost: Free for ALL who would like to join! What to bring: Eye safety wear if you have it, closed-toe shoes, a water bottle, and clothes you don't mind getting a little sawdust on! RSVP on our website to save your spot! Let's build something beautiful together!
